Research Conclusion and Proposals for Redifinition of Goals and Function of Sections Sports Facilities

The analysis and interpretation of data revealed significant / major problems in the organization, management and the operation of the athletic and academic curriculums in the Athletic Schools. The study initially presents the conclusion and recommendations (in form of questions and answers) that are based on the outcomes of this study. Next, the study provides a pooled / collective recommendation that incorporates data concerning the overall operation of GSS in the field of developmental athletics (sports in children and adolescence). The main outcome of the pooled recommendation is to develop the operational margins (boundaries) for the Athletic Schools that will be based / Focused on specific targets, which will ensure the potentials for the successful operation as well as for the viability of the Athletic Schools.
